Photo Submission Checklist

Please use this quick checklist before uploading your files.

Following these steps ensures your custom engraving turns out crisp, detailed, and beautiful!

1. Check Your Photo Quality

High Resolution: Please upload images that are 300 DPI or higher. No Screenshots: Avoid screenshots or images saved from social media, as they lose critical detail.

Original Files: Always upload the original, unedited photo straight from your phone or camera.

2. Check the Lighting & Background

Bright & Clear: Choose photos with good lighting where the subject is clearly visible.

High Contrast: The subject should stand out clearly from the background. Avoid Shadows: Avoid faces or objects covered in dark, heavy shadows.

Keep It Simple: Busy backgrounds can blend into the subject; clean backgrounds work best.

3. Check the File Format

For Photos: Please upload PNG or JPEG files.

For Logos, Text, & Graphics: Please upload vector files like SVG, AI, or EPS for the sharpest finish.
