Of course we hope that you love your item just as much as we do, if however you are unhappy with the product you have received, please contact us within 7 day of receipt to discuss; you can email us at info@customcreationsek.co.uk.

What item's cannot be returned?

Unfortunately, some items are non-cancelable and non-refundable:Anything that’s made to your specific requirements (ie: outside of standard customisation options offered by Custom Creations EK to all customers), is personalised, in your chosen shape, colour, sizing, personalised with your own details eg. name/date/address or otherwise, can't be resold due to a bespoke element.

Returning your order to Custom Creations EK

Once you have contacted us and have confirmation for your return, please follow the below steps to return your order.1. Re-package where possible the item(s) in original packaging using the return address label provided on your dispatch note. Orders should be returned to: Custom Creations EK, 12 Hunters Grove, Calderwood, East Kilbride G74 3HZ.

We recommend you use a signed-for delivery service such as Royal Mail Tracked 24 and please retain your proof of postage. Please note that you will have to bear the direct cost and responsibility of returning the product.

Once received, we will then on inspection of the item(s) issue a refund/replacement where applicable.
