​Return & Exchange Policy

Of course we hope that you love your item just as much as we do, if however you are unhappy with the product you have received, please contact us within 7 day of receipt to discuss; you can email us at info@customcreationsek.co.uk.​

Please note that some items are offered as affiliate links (Special/unusual gifts section) to Amazon. WE CANNOT ACCEPT LIABILITY for orders fulfilled by Amazon.

What item's cannot be returned?

 

Any items that are made to order are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

Unfortunately, some items are non-cancelable and non-refundable: Anything that’s made to your specific requirements (i.e.: outside of standard customisation options offered by Custom Creations EK to all customers), is personalised, in your chosen shape, colour, sizing, personalised with your own details eg. name/date/address or otherwise, can't be resold due to a bespoke element. 

Please check colour/sizing/spelling/grammar before ordering (a mock-up/proof will always be provided for cutting or engraving orders).  This does not affect your statutory rights and are in line with the Consumer Rights Act (which replaced the Sale of Goods Act in 2015)

 

To avoid disappointment, please check whether an item is cancelable or non-cancelable before ordering.​

 

How to cancel your order, or return or exchange a cancelable product

Contact us directly to let us know that you wish to cancel your order, or return or exchange a product.​

Returning your order to Custom Creations EK

Once you have contacted us and have confirmation for your return, please follow the below steps to return your order.1. Re-package where possible the item(s) in original packaging using the return address label provided on your dispatch note.

 

Orders should be returned to: Custom Creations EK, 12 Hunters Grove, Calderwood, East Kilbride G74 3HZ.

 

We recommend you use a signed-for delivery service such as Royal Mail Tracked 24 and please retain your proof of postage. Please note that you will have to bear the direct cost and responsibility of returning the product. 

Once received, we will then on inspection of the item(s) issue a refund/replacement where applicable.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange it for the same item.

If you are shipping an item over £25, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
